The TO-264 is a type of plastic-molded "transistor-outline" package that is used primarily for housing power transistors, thyristors, and integrated circuits with low lead counts.

The TO-264 body is designed for easy attachment to an external heat sink so that it can be operated with higher power handling capacity.

The lead count of a typical TO-264 package ranges from 2 to 5.  The lead pitch (distance between leads) of a TO-264 package varies, depending on the number of leads. The typical lead pitch of a 3-lead TO-264 package is about 5.45 mm.
